Dear fish I think you need a holiday, a real holiday away from everyone and everything you usually do. I had no idea how difficult life had become for me in it's relentless monotony (Gosh I wish I could spelll- and my spell checker is not functioning well) I knew I was stressed and life was getting me down but until I got away from it I hadn't realised how much. The same issues are here when I've come back but I have had a real break and am coping better. I hope you find a way to calm the waters.
